Plug&Play with Collaborative Robots
The DH Robotics CGC-80 comes with Plug&Play support for cobots from Universal Robots, OMRON TM, Hanwha, Fanuc, AUBO, Dobot, Elite, and Han's Robot. Thanks to this out-of-the-box compatability, you can dive right into your automation project.
Precise control of Force, Position, and Speed
Position, force, and speed can all be adjusted with precision. The CGC-80 offers an advanced rack and pinion drive system with a linear guide. This allows for positioning repeatability of ± 0.03 mm.
Drop & Grip Detection
The gripper also offers grip and drop detection, allowing you to build trully collaborative and feedback-oriented processes. Further grasping status and real-time position are all easily monitored with the CGC-80 system.

The DH Robotics CGC-80 is an advanced three-finger centric gripping solution. Among other things, it offers an affordable way to precisely and reliably grip cylindrical and spherical object. With a stroke of 20 mm and a maximium recommended payload of 1.5 kg, it is particularly suited for applications in the electroncis industry. In terms positioning repeatability, the gripper clocks in at ± 0.03 mm, allowing you a significant degree of control.
The CGC-80 is particularly easy to set up and use. DH Robotics offers plug-ins for a wide range of cobot brands including Universal Robots, OMRON TM, Hanwha, AUBO, and more.With these plug-ins getting started is a matter of minutes and programming is intuitive and straight-forward.
While it may be easy to use and set up, the CGC-80 does not skimp out on features. For example, the gripper offers both grip and drop detection, as well as element position monitoring.
The DH Robotics CGC-80 has been successfully employed in various applications in the mechanical processing, electronics, auto parts, new energy, home appliances, and packaging industries. It is particularly well suited for Pick&Place, inspection, and sorting applications.
