Effecto ERG2-18100

The Effecto ERG2 is a rotating electric 2-finger parallel gripper that stands out with its compact design and high functionality. With its two self-centring fingers, it is ideal for a wide range of gripping tasks.

Thanks to its slim and smooth housing, the ERG can be flexibly mounted in four different positions, making it highly adaptable to different application scenarios. The integrated control system allows precise handle actuation, with both the force and position of the handle being programmable. This enables customized adaptation to specific requirements and precise handling of workpieces.

Another feature of the ERG is the adjustable rotation angle and torque, which allows infinite rotation. This function offers considerable flexibility and expands the gripper's range of applications in automation technology.

The ERG also offers grip feedback and part recognition. The status of the gripper can be read directly from a PLC/controller and visualized via LEDs, allowing for easy monitoring and control. In addition, the gripper supports multiple communication modes, including Modbus RTU protocol and control in IO mode. Other protocols such as USB and ETHERNET can be implemented via a protocol converter, which simplifies integration into existing systems.
