CiRo from Robot System Products is the innovative solution to protect your hoses and cables while optimizing the movement of your robots. By using CiRo, the hose assembly stays securely in place and wear on cables and hoses is significantly reduced. This also reduces downtime and maintenance requirements.
Cables and hoses are often the main factors that restrict robot movement and frequently cause unpredictable production stops. At the same time, there is a great demand for compact cell layouts and flexible production. CiRo is a cost-effective solution to achieve the flexibility of internal cabling. Tubing and cables for air, signals and power can be selected according to application requirements. Axis 6 can rotate with extended freedom.
CiRo sizes Small, Medium and Lage cover payloads from 10kg to 200kg. Rotations of up to 500 degrees (± 250°) around the 6th axis, with a free choice of cables and hoses are possible and the cabling for signal, data and power supply as well as air and water hoses can be freely combined.
