The PRS 350 Pneumatic Eccentric Sanding Tool from K-ROBOTS with axial compensation is a sophisticated and efficient tool designed specifically for the automated sanding of workpiece surfaces.
It enables precise processing with a constant and adjustable contact force to finish workpieces to a high quality in a process-reliable and repeatable manner and to ensure a consistent surface finish.
Process steps such as grinding and polishing are still among the most labor-intensive areas within surface finishing, whether in the automotive, metal, plastics or woodworking industries. The automated grinding process helps to remedy this situation.
Compatibility
The tool is compatible with robots from the renowned manufacturers Yaskawa, Fanuc, ABB, Kuka and Stäubli, which ensures seamless integration into existing automated processes.
