Impaqt Robotics pneuvaQ

The pneuvaQ PV21 from Impaqt Robotics is an integrated pneumatic and vacuum interface that offers two individually controllable compressed air outputs as well as a vacuum output that is ideal for vacuum gripping applications. Weighing only 300 grams, the PV21 helps to maximise the payload of robots and enables the control of various pneumatic tools as well as a controllable vacuum output.

The device is particularly suitable for robots in machine operation, for example in the manufacturing and injection moulding industries. The PV21 is compatible with all robots from Universal Robots and can be easily integrated via the URCap software. Other cobots and robots are also supported. Communication takes place via the Modbus RTU (RS-485) standard, which enables flexible integration into different machine environments, be it robots, cobots, gantry systems or customised machines. If required, the Modbus RTU can be converted into other common communication protocols such as TCP/IP or IO-Link using standardised converters to ensure control of the pneumatic tools.
