About the Baumeister und Schack ai-Lift System
The lifting forces (speeds) are user-selectable, with 850 N (80 mm/s) or 1,700 N (40 mm/s) being the available choices. The adapter plate can be adapted to the type of cobot used. Lifting power is provided by an integrated brushless 24VDC motor. Communication is provided through an integrated communication interface via Modbus TCP / IP. Strokes from 500 mm to 1,000 mm are possible.
The current version of the ai-Lift is suitable for:
- Doosan A-Series and M-Series
- Kassow KR810 and KR1205
- Universal Robots UR3e and UR5e
- Models from other manufactures with similar range and payload
