Videojet 9560 PL Label dispensing system

The Videojet 9560 PL is an automated pallet labelling system designed for demanding conditions. It can apply up to four labels to two or three sides of a pallet and processes up to 120 pallets per hour.  The system automatically checks the accuracy of the labels and reprints if necessary to ensure error-free operation. It integrates with warehouse management systems and supports compliance with industry regulations.

The rotating pneumatic stamp plate with hinge ensures firm label adhesion, even on uneven surfaces. A fully enclosed, climate-controlled housing protects the labels from harsh environmental conditions, reducing warping and loss of adhesion. The robust design and compact footprint allow flexible positioning of the system.

The integrated barcode scanner checks the readability of the codes and ensures accuracy. The user-friendly CLARiTY™ touchscreen interface provides intuitive job selection, quality assurance and productivity tools. Thanks to its web server capability, the 9560 PL can be remotely controlled from host computers via supported web browsers.

Intelligent Motion™ technology eliminates the need for manual adjustments, increasing overall equipment effectiveness. The system also supports various industry protocols such as EtherNet/IP™ and PROFINET® for seamless integration.
