The U3-31J0CP industrial camera from IDS stands out thanks to its distinctive housing measuring just 29 x 29 mm and is equipped with the square Sony Pregius S CMOS sensor IMX546. It offers a resolution of 8.13 MP and achieves 48.7 fps. This fourth-generation sensor combines global shutter and BSI (backside illumination) technology, which help to capture moving objects without distortion and increase the sensor’s light sensitivity.As the pixel size is only 2.74 µm, the available area of the 2/3-inch sensor (aspect ratio of 1:1) is utilised to the full – ensuring optimum image quality even in changing lighting conditions.

Thanks to its USB3 Vision interface, the industrial camera is fully compliant with industry standards and can therefore be used conveniently with, for example, our IDS peak SDK.

The uEye+ CP camera is available in monochrome or color versions.
