The GV-51J0CP from IDS is a compact industrial camera featuring a practical GigE interface, equipped with the square CMOS sensor IMX546 from Sony’s Pregius S series. This offers a resolution of 8.13 MP (2856 x 2848 px) and achieves 15.4 fps. The fourth-generation sensor combines global shutter and BSI (backside illumination) technology. These features help to capture moving objects without distortion and increase the sensor’s light sensitivity. As the pixel size is only 2.74 µm, the available area of the 2/3" sensor (aspect ratio 1:1) is utilised to the full – ensuring optimum image quality even in changing lighting conditions and maximum capture of a scene’s image content.

The industrial camera is fully compliant with the Vision Standard and can therefore be used perfectly with our IDS peak SDK, for example.

The uEye+ CP camera is available in monochrome or color versions.
