ToolDrives Compact Line Module type ER20 400V (up to 18,000 rpm) is one of ToolDrives' headline drive units. It is extremely robust and has an enormous power density. The high concentricity and robust bearings make the Compact Module a real all-rounder.
The power pack with a length of 170 mm and a weight of 2.2 kg is ideally suited for flexible robot machining. The extremely powerful synchronous motor with >2 kW enables use in demanding areas such as grooving and hinge drilling. Maximum flexibility has been ensured by the variable design of the cable outlet, the various screw-on options and a choice of a saw or ER20 mount.
