Transparency is a key value at Unchained Robotics and this value extends to our hiring process. Below you can get a quick overview of how exactly our hiring process plays out.
First of all, once we have received your application, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt - this way you know that your application has reached us and will now be screened. Within a few working days, you will receive feedback from us on how to proceed. Our typical application process consists of three phases (deviations from this three-step process are however possible).
- Step 1: The initial digital or telephone interview. We want to get to know you and learn more about your story.
- Step 2: The digital or in-person expert interview. In this interview you will talk to our subject matter experts about your skills and, if applicable, prepare a short case study.
- Step 3: You and your potential teammates chat and get to know each other. Here we'll address all your questions about the workflow, the our culture, and your new tasks.
