Features
The SKDK APCX-10 is a patented and turnkey palletizing system that can be moved to where it is needed with a standard pallet truck. No programming knowledge is required for commissioning at the work location! To do this, simply use the intuitive setup wizard, which independently determines the pickup and palletizing positions thanks to state-of-the-art 3D technology and attached QR codes. In order to obtain the necessary rigidity of the pallet to be transported, up to two alternating palletizing patterns can be placed one after the other by hand and independently detected and taught by the robot with the camera. This system is available in three variants and can palletize packages of 8kg, 11kg, or 35kg, depending on the robot used. Since this solution makes use of collaborative robots, there is of course no need for a costly enclosure. If the cobot unintentionally touches an object or a person during operation, it stops immediately and can resume its activity at the push of a button.
