The MalocherBot Part Separation System utilizes a high-resolution machine vision system and smart algorithms to securely handle components of varying shapes and sizes. It automatically detects each object and adjusts its grip, ensuring precision while minimizing errors. With high repeatability, it optimizes the gripping process in real time, reducing downtime and maintaining consistent quality. Fully Automated Production Environment
In a fully automated workflow, the operator loads parts into an RNA bunker attached to the MalocherBot. These parts are then fed into a Variobotic separator inside the system, which precisely separates them using controlled vibrations.
A machine vision system identifies each part, and the robot, guided by the LUNA Automation Operating System , picks and places them onto a tray. Once the tray is full, it is loaded into the laser etcher for processing. After etching, the tray is unloaded into a receptacle, where finished products can be easily collected by the operator.
