The flexible collaborative cobots of the new generation from ROKAE have very advanced and intelligent force detection. This enables dynamic interaction with the environment and ensures safe and precise interaction between the cobot and the human.

Extremely safe

The sensitivity of the robot has been improved 10-fold thanks to collision detection by torque sensors. Two-channel redundant monitoring of sensor information enables a very high level of safety and thus prevents collisions.

The robot's very precise positioning accuracy protects you and your surroundings with the help of suction brakes. The early hazard detection and braking of the robot make the ROKAE very safe and user-friendly.

High flexibility

ROKAE offers a very powerful yet flexible robot controller based on a patented standardised force-position hybrid controller.

The efficiency of the force control task has been very precisely optimised and improved by highly dynamic force control.

It enables fine grinding and precision assembly without extension thanks to the built-in joint sensor in the robot.

Easy to use

The slim design and a 50% reduced system weight make the ROKAE flexible and easy to use anywhere. The easy-to-use graphical interface allows you to use the robot without any programming knowledge.

Excellent performance

ROKAE is equipped with the latest motion control technology. The robots feature OptiMotion, TrueMotion and SyncMotion.

A payload adapted to the robot thanks to the perfect motor drive and control system. The payload has been increased by an impressive 20%.

Excellent reliability

With its high performance, overload protection and long service life, the ROKAE is very reliable and ideal for your company.

It was tested under several hours of load with the help of numerous factory tests and was convincing.

Application cases

The ROKAE robot is frequently used for assembly, screwing, inspection and measurement. ROKAE has also already proven itself in the areas of bonding and transport and is used on a daily basis. ROKAE robots can be used in almost any area and give you a very high degree of flexibility.
