JE-3L from Jäger Engineering is a flexible feeder bunker for discharging and distributing bulk material and small parts. It is compatible with the FlexMaster Pro 150, 200, 300, 400 and 500 feeders.

Components made of steel, aluminum or plastic often arrive unordered in a wire mesh box for the subsequent machining process. Until now, the (sometimes very heavy) components had to be removed by hand and fed to the downstream machine or a conveyor belt. The JE-3L can deliver the workpieces to the feeder where the robot can then pick them up individually. In this way, a smooth process can be created and the parts can be transported further.
